Pastoral Supervision

Perspective Practice is a Newcastle based Supervision Practice.

I offer one-to-one sessions either face to face or online. I seek to provide a confidential space to help you evaluate your work, and believe supervision will enable you to grow in confidence and skills in your work practice.

Reflection

My aim is to facilitate a safe and empathetic space where you can reflect on experiences and challenges encountered throughout your ministry. Our session will close with an opportunity to focus positively on concrete tasks to take with you into the week ahead.

Workplace Skills

Our focus together will be to identify areas for further development and partner with you to develop your competency and skills. There are many helpful resources I can provide to assist with this.

Strategies

There will be opportunities to consider complex pastoral situations and identify areas of moral distress. Our aim will be to deepen your personal awareness of what you contribute, and help you to navigate these unique challenges.
